Your Responsibilities as Facility Officer:
- Negotiate with suppliers and internal customers.
- Monitoring and optimizing costs.
- Drawing up budgets.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
- Assist and implement facility operating policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance and other services.
- Assist in office relocations or renovations as needed.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
- Respond on facility-related requests and inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.Accompany/supervise subcontractors during their maintenance interventions to ensure quality and efficiency of work in collaboration with Operations.
Your Profile as Facility Officer:
- You are strong in planning and organizing projects and can easily maintain an overview.
- You are resilient under pressure and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You are highly organized in managing administration and have a strong eye for detail.
- You embrace change and take the initiative to optimize processes and ways of working.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- In addition to Dutch, you are fluent in English.
- You are flexible and willing to travel between different sites across The Netherlands region.
