At Yusen Logistics, we are looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Specialist to join our team at Schiphol Airport. In this role, you will take ownership of export air freight shipments, build strong customer relationships and help deliver the reliable service our customers expect every day.

Your Responsibilities at Air Freight Export:
- Manage international air freight export shipments from booking to departure
- Serve as the main contact for customers, airlines, overseas agents and Yusen offices worldwide
- Coordinate transport documentation, customs procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor shipments proactively, resolve operational issues and ensure excellent customer service
- Support commercial activities through quotation preparation and customer-focused solutions
- Contribute to process improvements and efficient operational performance
Your Profile at Air Freight Export:
- MBO Level 4 qualification in Logistics, Air Freight or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of experience in air freight forwarding or air cargo operations, with a good understanding of export processes
- Knowledge of air cargo regulations, customs procedures and GDP requirements
- Confident user of Transport Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
- Customer-focused, proactive team player with a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently
