Reporting Specialist

As a Reporting Specialist Cluster North, you will be responsible for the reliable, timely and user-friendly operation of the reporting landscape across our Cluster North organization. You will ensure that management reporting and external reporting processes run smoothly while driving further automation and optimization initiatives. 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating the recurring reporting calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports. 
• Maintaining and improving internal management reporting and external reporting processes. 
• Monitoring data quality, investigating reporting issues and implementing sustainable solutions. 
• Developing and enhancing reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Power Automate and Power BI. 
• Automating reporting and finance-related processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency. 
• Acting as a key contact for report users, providing support, training and guidance. 
• Collaborating with Finance, IT and business stakeholders on reporting improvements and system developments.

We are looking for an analytical professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

You bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a similar field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, business intelligence or reporting automation. 
• Strong experience maintaining and developing business-critical reporting solutions. 
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX. 
• Experience with VBA and Power Automate. 
• Knowledge of Power BI or a strong willingness to further develop in this area. 
• An understanding of data quality, reconciliations, testing and change management. 
• Professional proficiency in English. Dutch is a strong advantage, while German is considered a plus. 

In addition, you are structured, proactive and quality-driven. You take ownership of your work, communicate effectively with stakeholders and enjoy finding opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
